Voice Customization via 'Vocalizer' Cyberware

+
As you move the franchise forward, we need to solve the character voice limitations of Cyberpunk 2077. The best solution is to integrate voice customization into the core Cyberware system.
The Feature: The Vocalizer Chip
Mechanism: In the Cyberpunk world, vocal chords are often replaced with advanced Vocalizer Cyberware (similar to the mods used by singers, actors, and media personalities).
Player Customization: In the character creation menu, after selecting the basic Male/Female voice actor, the player unlocks a "Vocalizer" customization screen:
Tone Slider: Allows a player to raise or lower the pitch of the chosen voice actor's performance, allowing for younger/older sounding characters.
Accent Pack Downloads: New voices or vocal tones could be downloaded/purchased from Ripperdocs or specific factions, allowing for a "Street Kid" rasp, a "Corpo" smooth tone, or different national/regional accents.
Why this works for Project Orion:
Lore-Friendly: Voice modification is common in Night City (think about the NPCs). Making it a piece of core Cyberware explains why you can change it at a Ripperdoc later in the game.
Deep Customization: It directly addresses player feedback and allows players to make their character's voice match their Lifepath and appearance, adding immersion.
