So I have this weird bug where my character just refuses to run and just walks like when you are following someone in a mission, at first I thought it would be like that until I get far enough from Rivers house but it never went back to normal so now my character walk everywhere. I tried getting into a car and exiting, didn't fix it, I restarted the quest from the point when we get off the table and go to the top of the water tower, again didn't work, I also tried restarting the game but nothing. I chose to not romance him if that has anything to do with it but I don't think it has anything to do. Is there any way to fix this? or should I just load a previous save and never go to him until the quest gets patched or something???
