As the contest is now over and we wait for the winners to be announced, I feel like alot of people who had worked hard will not be heard for their work. So why not share your writing skills with the community?! (Yea I have no idea how many people who actually write in the community but I guess I'll find out)Thought at first that I should wait until the winners are announced before posting this, but I can't see a reason how it could be an issue since the deadline already have been.Post it either as an attachment or as an reply. On his journey towards Carreras Geralt passed more and more burned down villages. The war between humans and nonhumans clearly has been intensified. Upon arriving Carreras Geralt noticed that while Carreras was close to Mahakam the numbers of dwarfs weren’t that impressive. Most of them weren’t talkative and the rest were already dead on the streets. Questions about nonhumans weren’t in favour here, but no one seemed to dare to oppose the witcher.Finally Geralt found a couple of dwarfs who did not run away in the sight of the witcher. What business do ya have, one of them roared. I’m Geralt of Rivia, my friend Zoltan told me that I could get information about witchers who have been in this area recently. Friend of Zoltan ya say? Why should we believe ya? Asuming the information about the witchers would be stronger towards Ellander, Geralt continued his journey north.Surprisingly, closer Geralt came to Ellander the less smoke and smell of ashes was observable. It would seem a dwaven clan had established around the area causing most of the Squirrels to stay away. Once Geralt approached Ellander he noticed the tension people gave him. Who’s there a guardsman roared. I’m Geralt of Rivia the witcher said. A witcher? One of you scum has just been here, he asked questions regarding King Demawend who passed by here a week ago. And when did he leave asked the witcher sensing he might finally have a lead towards the mysterious assassin.I told him to mind his f.ucking business the guard snared. Also I told him that King Demawend is to be spotted in Hagge at the moment. After that he just took off. Thank you for your help the witcher said politely, and then began the search for the dwarfs Zoltan mentioned.To Geralts surprise people were much more talkative in Ellander and when asked question if anyone knew Zoltan people gladly shared information to whom to talk to. Following the lead Geralt met a funny looking dwarf with an enormous nose, ugly clothes and scruffy hair. Ya seek me the dwarf said. Yes, I’ve been told by my friend Zoltan that you know information about some witchers who’s been in this area Geralt replied. I do not know if this will help ya but the witcher who was here recently asked us if we knew an elf that was to be seen around Flotsam. My memory fails me, so unfortunate I don’t remember the elf’s name, but when he realized we weren’t squirrels he just took off. If he hasn’t moved yet he is still to be in Flotsam I believe.Geralt then took of and met with Vermon Roche on the riverside of Pontar, hoping more questions will be answered once he reaches Flotsam.
