Well, Supreme Jerk difficulty and a party consisting of characters with more points in General and Knowledge skills than Weapon skills don't go along very well. Learned that from my first two attempts. Which I usually try to run with 'odd' builds that are deliberately gimped on the combat side of things for that extra bit of challenge.
Turns out that rolling with the Wasteland equivalent of an 'all mages party' that could potentially talk their way out of conflicts is somewhat tricky to pull off, especially if you actually cannot avoid having to shoot or whack something/someone to progress in a consistent manner.
Rerolled with the more traditional tank/healer/techie/support formula and Supreme Jerk isn't actually that much of a Supreme Jerk. It's supposed to get hairy again for pretty much every 'balanced' party build later in LA though, or so I heard.

Nah, just taking a dig at some of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's (imho) questionable and borderline bullshit implementations of certain game mechanics. Which hopefully already have been or will be either reworked or made optional. Also, by potions I suppose you mean pain killers and other medical items. What is that auto refilling you're talking about?
