Water and shadows glitching

I'm having some nasty issues with water and shadows in my game. Water looks green and shadows a blocky and they pop out everywhere. Anybody know of a fix?
I've tried validating the game files on steam and messing with the ini files to disable shadows competely and other stuff as well but nothing helped so far.

Are you playing with TW3 mods? Mods can cause all sorts of problems.

Nope. It's the vanilla game.
My specs are :
Ryzen 5 2600
Sapphire nitro+ rx480 8GB
16GB Corsiar vengance ram
AsRock b450 steel legend mobo
650W seasonic psu

Already on the latest drivers. Tried both the recomended and the newest driver.

In case you are overclocking your GPU/Ram/CPU, that might be another thing that could cause problems. Also close all background applications, especially those with overlay feature.

AMD Crossfire doesn't always play well with every in-game setting. It could be another explanation for this problem (in that case you'd need to experiment with the setting a bit more).
