The cat adept can provide a good value but require some setup and enough turn length. Theoretically it can work with half-elf hunter and Ambush leader ability as soon as turn 2 with vitality 6. But I suspect he won't be very popular. Vitality can be purified and he ends as 4 for 4p.

I really like the Half-Elf Hunter idea. Witchers will work as a new Harmony category so these might be the ones to go for in such a deck. I'll be trying it out.

Cat Adept:
To my mind very comparable to Van Moorlehem Servant. The bad thing with bleeding and vitality is that it´s slow tempo.
There are better alternatives to benefit from big rows than him (Great Oak, Yaevinn, specific dwarf). Furthermore most of those row builders at SC are either built on the dwarf tag or on the elf tag.
As already mentioned adding a cheap witcher will probably make a lot of sense at harmony decks. Maybe he´s a good help there.

Succubus:
Foglet is to mind the better choice as you can use him for deck thinning and it´s 1 provision cheaper and easier to get advantage from.
Can maybe make sense with Imlerith.
And why is she a beast and not a relict as Miruna?

... I guess the point of the Succubus is that she keeps coming back for more. :}
Apart from the sexy card art, doesn't look like an interesting/useful card to me.

Is that a joke ?
During the last turns she is a 4 base str card that can up to 4 times convert consumes into 4 points.
Assuming we assign 2 points to each Consume (for the consuming card) that would be 2 points assigned to Succubus and thus 4+4*2=12 value.
Is a 12 for 5, that requires some setup (getting 1 copy into the graveyard) good ?
For a comparison, this card is a 1 base str smaller Detlaff: Higher Vampire, which can only be used near the end of a round and can be revived 4, instead of just 2 times, for 5 rather than 10 provisions.
The card is most definitely solid in the right decks.
At this point we have so many consume synergetic cards that I would prefer we would again get some good consumers (Chimera does not count as that is a Swarm support card), although we do have a couple of good consuming card.

Completely convinced after Adrenaline is met she can work nice. But it requires much more setup. At least one other Sukrus in the graveyard.

I gotta say, I find that Succubus card art way below the usual quality found in Gwent cards.

It's got nothing to do with the subject matter, I'm fine with nudity and stuff - but the actual technical quality of the card just seems to be lacking - in my opinion, by a lot, or I wouldn't be posting this.

The whole art looks almost cartoonish.

Meh, the artwork in Gwent is my main hook in this game - and this is the first time ever it's really struck me as 'off'.

Just my two cents!

So is that an archgriffin or a special, named griffin? That's what I'd like to know due to the spelling.

Both. It is the Arch Griffin of Archgriffins.

Soooo you can only get some value from this card with Erland????? And you even have to play it for negative points in R1 or R2????
It's worded really poorly.

You can play it, boost it, and at the end of the round it goes back into your deck while keeping any boosts that it had. Meant as a super tall round 3 finisher, or as a boost bank for erland.

Yeah, but the way it's worded could mean it goes back into your deck before the round is evaluated.
I think it should say: ..... instead of your graveyard ....

Gotcha, wording could be a bit better in that regard.

Hmm. Must be a really old, albino, or mutated one then, considering the snow white coat.

I think it's a representative of an extremely rare subspecies of a subspecies.

Fun effect probably very hard to pull off effectively without getting tall punished. Seems like it might have been designed with the new Pincer Maneuver in mind.
10 provisions puts it at an awkward spot where it can't get tutored with AA and it can't be Renewed which would really help it.
Alzur's might make a comeback this expansion because of Viy and now this.

I also paused over the different style there, but suspected it could simply be a new artist, so I looked into this. In turns out that Bayard Wu is not exactly a newcomer; however, he doesn't have many other cards in Gwent. In fact, unless I'm mistaken, currently in the game, only the Colossal and Enraged Ifrits are his handiwork. Naturally, a succubus is quite a far cry from fiery golems, thus there's rather a noticeable difference in the figure.

So, now all of the faction's main legendaries and beasts (for MO, its not a beast but an insectoid) are revealed.

Tomorrow, we will have the remaining lower value cards revealed, then on the weekend, during Masters, they might reveal the rumored 'location cards' for each of the 6 factions. This is my prediction.

Succubus is a pretty great card for Overwhelming Greed. It's Ruehin with 4 charges and a condition that it must be played in R1 or 2 (for crap tempo) and left unsquirreled. Extra 16 points to Haunt & Dethlaff if there are enough consumes (meaning if Haunt lives). Good greed... :)

But whoever tried to tweak a Hunger deck knows how hard it is to free two 5p slots there. And with those new engines... I don't think anyone is dropping Heatwave, Geralt, etc. I think decks like Hunger will have to get a Rockslide and that new Triangle card, too. This meta is gonna be SOOO BINARY

Not really. It says summon a "different copy". So the first copy that's consumed/destroyed (with or without Adrenaline) only plays for 4pts. No one is wasting Caranthir on this card so you'd have to then add two copies so it can maybe play for 8 or more.

IF...deathwish could activate from hand then this would have been great food for Imlerith. Then assuming you draw the next copy it'd be worth it.
