Weapon DPS Changing

I've noticed that my weapon's DPS is constantly changing throughout gameplay. My weapons DPS are randomly going down on random weapons at random times. I'm not changing perks or clothes and it's infuriating. Also, it seems like when I pick up/buy ammo, my ammo count doesn't change much.

Anyone else???

I just caught this same thing. Had a legendary revolver go from 264 dps to like 204. It's called Overture.

I was able to force this happening again by drinking alcohol. It gives you a debuff to accuracy, and your weapons dps drops. When the debuff ends the weapon DPS goes up again, but not to what it should have gone back up to. It also looks like drinking multiple alcohols shows a more significant dps drop.

I had the same thing happen to me with Lizzie's gun, I had upgraded to over 1000 DPS now it's back down to 930.

Its just an UI bug. The low numbers are legit. The extra high numbers you get sometimes are bugged, and caused by the game reporting DPS with crits, status effects & bonus damage.
