Weird Shadow/Texture Bug

Hey guys, I'm having this weird issue with the lighting/shadows on some parts of the map e.g. The Columbarium in North Oak, and some parts of the H10 Megabuilding.

I tried changing every settings, and the issue still persists. I tried turning on Path tracing and the issue was gone, but obviously I can't play with path tracing on since my rig can't handle it.

I also tried turning off my mods and the issue still persists.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

In general, if there is an issue with mods, in many cases turning them off won't be enough to fix it.
You might have to do a clean installation, as described in this support article:
Hi thanks for replying, but yeah even with a fresh install of the game with no mods, the issue still persists. but no worries, I guess it's baked into the game?

Since I saw some video recently with some of them roaming in the exact area in the photo i attached, and they also had the same lighting bug as mine. so I guess it's purely a game bug and not on my end.

Yes, it's more likely baked in the game.
I can check if you need to, but I'm sure I would see the exact same shadow issues on my Series X. So yes, nothing you can really do to fix it ;)
Path Tracing "fix" them, because it very likely changes how shadows (and lights) are casted.
