Welcome to REDFlame Interactive: intro to purpose, intent, and definition
What's a [glow=red,2,300][size=10pt]REDFlame Interactive[/size][/glow], and, why is it red?I'd like to take this time to introduce our team and our intent here to give form and shape to the name and people you've seen.[shadow=red, left]REDFlame Interactive[/shadow] is a group in the business of creating adventures for play by the fans of the community of the Witcher. What you might not know is that REDFlame wants to bring new elements into the gameplay which were not previously available. Climbing, crawling, swimming, and the like, and a few custom combat options, even new talents. REDFlame is going to bring you all these new features, and also a story directly based from Andrzej Sapkowski's canon world. Our team is growing and dedicated. We have coders, designers, writers, artists, modelers, project managers, musicians, and more. We're training and learning as well as producing. REDFlame has made several tutorials and is polishing more as we speak for publication, including for new formats such as video and in-game interaction. Please see the Djinni Wikia ( http://djinni.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page ) for our work to-date.We're community oriented: what we learn and use, we want to share (well, mostly.
). We know how community collaboration brings the best of the best content to surface in a good roleplaying game environment. The Witcher is that sort of good roleplaying environment. I personally come from a background of heavy customizability for games a far as making levels, design, persistent worlds... It can happen here. It will happen here. I've seen it before; it's happening again. The increase in awareness of the opportunities to BUILD... create things that work, live, breathe, and react with your fellow fans...The chance for recognition is important, too. It's no lie that you feel like a proud parent when you give hard work to the community and hear how well it's doing or how much work could be done to make it perfected. That's the group we want, the big picture, the ability to grow as a larger entity, the entity being the people that want to see this world that Sapkowski made grow on your computer screen and share. Thanks for being here, folks, you the fans, you the creators, you the critics. We're here to stay, and, we want you to show us what you've got! We'll both be the better for our efforts, methinks.
Happy Modding, folks!-PaulVREDFlame VP HR, Lead Programmer.
