Yes... is a little boring reading the same. But as woman who knows I can run with high heels, ...

I must to confirm that to do it on unpaved soil, on gravel, earth or sand in which the heels are nailed as stakes (and you finally lost your shoe), dry branches, slippery wet foliage, , any soil that has not been smoothed and compacted by human hands, is quite torturous (I was miserably forced to do it a bunch of times in my life and my ankles still integersby true miracle)

You can end up permanently damaging your legs/feet if you wear high heels too often. Ugh, the idea of making a sport out of running in high heels seems so unnecessary but whatever.
