PBR? Why PBR? I'm sure even the "actual" Hairy Bear in Vizima has better beer, if you don't mind the occasional rat hair in your drink.

Are you getting rid of your Sound Blaster Z? Would this DAC/AMP connect to your integrated audio?

Edit: Nevermind, looked it up and it's USB. So this would replace any other audio related hardware in your system?

Yeah. Noticed some slight EMI noise when playing games with the SBZ so decided to get rid of it. And like with all sound cards there's also the issue of high output impedance which "eats" some of the signal away.

And yes, I absolutely love this. Never going back to sound cards again. Period.

Interesting. I have always been a fan of sound cards but lately I've been wondering if integrated audio has finally caught up. Back in the day I liked Creative for their EAX, but that's pretty much dead now so I am open to options.

I am a fan of playing and watching movies with a 5.1 speaker system. Is there something like this with analog outputs for front, rear and sub?

Funny story. I was reading the forums on a 4" cell phone screen and didn't see the cat. I thought it was a regular PBR box

You obviously knew what you were doing.
