Well, that plan's fucked. I was planning to have a bit of target practice in the garden, but since my guns run on gas and hate cold weather, I'll be staying indoors.
Two airsoft guns. One's an M4A1, the other is a Glock 17.

It's difficult to get real pistols over here due to our confusing gun laws, so airsoft is the next best thing.
Just like here - it is almost impossible for civilian to own or carry a gun - legally at least
But my cousin is a soldier, and he invited me to visit their shooting range...

Incidentally, I fired a Ruger 10/22 rifle for the first time today and I have to admit it was a really fun gun to shoot. I couldn't believe how light it was either, it was like holding a feather compared to some of the other firearms I've held. Especially the Mossberg 500 or the Remington 11/87 I own. (Both are real by the way)
Actually, I spend 9 months in the army...It used to be mandatory for every man in my country...
But it was 13 years ago...Glock 17 I mentioned was the first gun I used since then...

Part of me wishes Finland would join NATO. At least then there would be better chances of having more modern weaponry to play with at military refresher courses.

I actually tried to join my local regiment, The Royal Irish, back when I was 18. I got through to selection but I failed as I didn't have the necessary body strength. The funny thing is, a year later the regiment was the deployed to Iraq and lost 5 guys, so failing military selection might have saved my life! How thick was I eh?
