In my experience flexible working hours (like in academic work) is a double edged sword. Normally I can show up/leave at my own discretion as long as I honor my commitments (lectures, meetings, etc.). The downside is deadlines don't care for personal time or even holidays, so sometimes I have to work during christmas/new years/birthdays/late weekend nights, etc.

Did some character sketching for my final project at Uni - These are the baddies (These would be dialogue portraits for the game) The third row is the final version of each, the game is about British subcultures of the past in a Cyberpunky style Britain. I'm not the best artist but I tried to get a good amount of variation and smaller details. (The dude with the robo-eye has it gauged out in a fight - Nasty).

Any form of critique would be lovely - Apart from that beanie which has become infamous and I shall redraw that ahah.

Good sign, that's all based on Mod subculture from the 60's these guys are based on 80's subculture

Yeah, it's very promising. The game is still in development (I backed it on Kickstarter). There is a thread about it here.

I always imagined you would say trousers instead of pants. Unless you mean pants, i.e. underwear. These subtle differences often lead to funny conversations with British English speakers.
