In this time of international exposure, its very clear to me that the Brits are unequalled in swearing. :cheers2: Words are so primitive in the across the Atlantic.
You know you're a real man when a cougar jumps on your back and mauls you and your first reaction is to punch it in the face.
Do you work out/exercise at all? I mean if you spend most of your days inside, sitting in front of a monitor some exercise like jogging might do you good. A daily dose of endorphins should uplift your psyche and would probably help with your sleeping problems.
There should be an international swearing contest.

This is true. And we have some good ones that are unique to Britain. It used to be very useful in the early days of the Internet before the rest of the world knew what they meant.
The Quebecers would win hands down. Their swear words are the world's choicest blasphemies.

Depression can be really crippling. Trying to start your day and go outside may help temporarily as may sport, if you can manage it. From my experience at some point you need to feel ready and fed up with being trapped and want to find a way out and then look for a therapy. An outside look unbiased by personal relationship can give you a new perspective, one which you maybe can't find yourself. May it be, that you realize you are allowed to feel some of your feelings and thus learn to deal with them or make them less important, or that you solve some of your problems, or learn the tools to combat the paths to falling back into the immobilizing state.
I hope you can work things out. It is a long and difficult path, but you can make it! Yoou just need to know, when you are ready to take the first or next step. If you need an ear, let me know!

@AL890 The only way to go on is having concience of your ill, being in good professional hands for treatment and making this little and hardest step forward just in the breif and rare moment you feel the force to do it. Even in those moments you must love you and respect yourself having patience with the ill's limitations and don't be frustated by them. Catching every single chance to break this vicious circle: don't frustate by your frustation.You, better than no one else, know what motive you and when and why. Profit it

I'm getting treatment once a week but, of course, that's nowhere near enough. I've been trying to get outside at least twice a week as my therapist told me but as you can imagine it's hard to do with your mind working against you all the time. All the good stuff is in the cities which are about 2-3 Hours down the road, so not exactly practical. Thanks for the support though guys! I really appreciate it!

Haha...Freedom! is the network...it is multi country network...so yeah, English...
But..after i'll reach 1000 subs (which will take a long time, because i started few weeks ago ^^) I'll be promoted to a different MCN\Network which will be more beneficial for me, and sponsors...
Why would i even join a network on Hebrew, i'm know well enough that it is better to go for the maximum views, so English is the best choice, and here...everyone play CSGO...and i'm not playing this...like come on...RPG ftw...and this community (the CSGO) cares for competition, money, aces (wtf is that...) and gambling about these...which is a shame actually, but i don't mind, it's their life and choice...i have my own.

But i only started, like i said , reaching higher means higher pay...but i don't look at this as job (that's the first rule)
I look at this as a hobby, playing is fun, as it should be, and talking...well i'm kinda a beginner in this matter, and way too serious, unlike the others...maybe that's why i do better than others when it comes about the game itself..but still it is always about progress of growing, and every day is always something new.
Also i do what most people don't do...perfectionist which means go for 100%.
