I do try to be a role model for the younger folk. It's difficult at times, but well worth the effort.
Lovely and quiet at work this morning, hardly a soul around and not too much traffic on line, I liked it.

10 hours of cooking, only meringue and finishing the soup left... Damn am I happy that I only have to do this once every three years, Well ribs are done in about 30 minutes. Meringue will take another 2 hours... package everything then tomorrow only serving and finishing everything left.
