Another endorsement from a worldwide known celebrity. What a game. What a time to be alive!

Of course they don't mind. They would also not mind if some shitty Hollywood actor mentioned the game just because they don't like his/her movies.

What's so wrong about an adult entertainer talking about a game for adults with plenty of sex and partial nudity? We're so full of double standards and fake morality. You know, guns and violence are OK but sex is soooo bad...

You ruined it, Al.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

This talk of celebrities playing the Witcher games reminded me that Duncan Jones, Dawid Bowie's son and the director of the Moon and Warcraft movie did play TW3. So did James Gunn, director of Guardians of the Galaxy. Know any other?

In my personal opinion, there's naught wrong with it. Former adult entertainers are free to play video games, just as lawyers, retired businesswomen, scholars, economists, construction workers, authors, musicians, and even professional cat fanciers (to name a mere handful) can. It's one of those amusing little reminders that, regardless of what we happen to do, or how famous or infamous we may seem, we are, unsurprisingly, all humans, who can share common interests despite diverse backgrounds.

(Not quite the direction everyone was expecting this little conversation to take, eh?)

Yeah that was sort of a rhetorical question. Of course CDPR and any other company want everyone to play their game, and games can bring together people from many and very different backgrounds. Suggesting whose endorsement is and whose isn't desirable based on personal, conservative morals does open up an opportunity for mature conversation, which is part of what this thread is about. At least occasionally.
