What are the default "as intended" choices from the witcher 2?

Sorry if this has been posted before. Im a workaholic and though I have W3 preloaded and staring at me lovingly, I havent had the time yet to play it. I am however finishing up the witcher 2. Just curious what path/choices ended up being the chosen default for W3.
