One is the Brendan quest. Is he sentient or just a really good chat bot? I think this is a nod to the debate over chat AI's like GPT3 which has been refreshed recently by Elon Musk. Are chat AI's like Brendan and GPT3 sentient? The game really leaves it open.
Then the Prophet's song. Garry seems like a lunatic, probably he's only intercepting intra-corpo messages through some glitch in his cyberware. Like Johnny says, but he sees corpos even in the toilet. And the conversation between the Maelstromers and the "Men in Black" (actually also a woman) does seem quite creepy and does seem to confirm Garry's theories. They speak of Lilith, Garry also does and he says he has seen her. His description sounds a lot like Alt in the Blackwall. Explanantion not so simple?
