What ever happened to FSR3 for Xbox?

I noticed, a few months back, the PC got official FSR3 support. Previously, you had to mod it into the game. We're now on our first major update since that last update and still not on Xbox/ PS5. Why are consoles stuck on FSR2.1? They aren't even using FSR 2.2! Nowadays there is FSR 3.2, is there not?

I don't know much, but if the component in the said consoles are the issue why the FSR 3.0 and upward can't happen then it most likely is the component limitation.
