I acquired two DLCs for Ready or Not, titled Home Invasion and Dark Waters.
It's three additional missions per DLC. Imo not worth the full price, but it was discounted 50% so all good by me!

Yep it's available!
I already spent about ten hours, so I guess, I could fairly say that I like the game, for what it is of course :)
I've only played about three hours so far. The story seems about average for an AC game, although I haven't seen much of it yet. I really like the Samurai (Diogo / Yasuke). I don't like Naoe at all. I'm playing with the Immersive voice option, and her Japanese voice actor's main talent seems to be crying and screaming really loudly. But the main thing that irritates me about the character is that her controls are awkward. Learning to dodge red attacks is essential, but the button to do so is the most awkward button on the entire controller relative to the hand position necessary for the other fighting controls. The game does allow buttons to be remapped, in theory, but changing any button on the combat configuration gets flagged with a conflict error on the character movement configuration.

Supposedly, after the first half of the game, we can switch back and forth between the characters whenever we wish. I envision playing most of the game as Yasuke, unless something gets patched for Naoe's controls.

The Ranch of Rivershine, a horse game that's in Early Access on Steam. Very fun and relaxing.

Much like Stardew Valley, developed by one person.

Well... Assassin Creed Shadows!
I have a blast, for now :)
Yea ive played like 15 or so now, im not that impressed but its not horrible. I can see the influenses from old kungfu movies especially when it comes to "staring dramaticly into the distance while monologing" :D Storywise im kinda not digging parts of it atleast. I see the "twists" comming a mile away.

Yea its very dramatic. Its kinda cool with the immersive but also distracting since you have to read and sometimes she gives instruction while im fighting something, i cant read and fight ffs stfu untill i killed em all :D I get what you mean with the controlls, sometimes it feels like theres a delay or she slides on the ground or gets stuck into something. Theres so much every button does to that kinda messes it up at times, some weapon swaps happends due to skills that can really mess you up at times. I do like her more then Yauske when it comes to core gameplay tho, hes a wreckingball she is a assassin.

I play in french and well... it's not very good and not very bad. I don't mind french in medieval japan, like I don't mind french in Night City or in medieval Bohemia :D

Not sure but the controls aren't the same as previous AC?

I mean on Xbox it's B to dodge which is quite usual, but parrying with LB is a bit strange and unusual. Took me a bit of time to get used to, but it's fine for me. But I still have a hard time to dodge at the right time to create vulnerability. At worst, I still can create special button mapping using Razer app, independantly from the game.

But at the end, I prefer Naoe gameplay, it's more nervous and "stylish". Even more when unlocking new weapon types.

Yes, it's an AC, so like some other franchises, I didn't have hight expectations.
But so far (after almost 15 hours), it's fun, I like it, more than Valhalla. Naoe gameplay is very satisfying for me :)

Interesting, I have no plans to play this game as I lost hope in AC games a long time ago, but it seems like nothing has changed and nothing resembling the glory days of Ezio is ever coming back.

Personally it's the other way around for me: I don't care about Yasuke, I'd prefer to play as the Japanese ninja girl, that gameplay would feel much more Assassin-like than a guy in full armor charging into battle. There's also the fact that Yasuke is a gaijin, and I'd vastly prefer to see Japan through the eyes of a character from that country (which is usually the experience offered in AC games).

But either way I think I'd go for Ghost of Tsushima instead when I want a feudal Japan game. AC just doesn't do it for me anymore.

I think you're right. For me, it's something about the combination of how her fighting skills work, plus the button choice. I think it's the fact that white attack means hit left shoulder button, and red attack means hit the B button which requires a completely different movement, and it's not easy to tell which type of attack is coming until it starts.

With the color coded attacks, one would think that it would be easier this time around. Not sure why it's giving me problems.

It's possible that's another issue I'm having with the game. Ghost of Tsushima is one of my top five all-time games. My brain is sort of expecting the fluid combat movement from that game, and well, this is AC, so it isn't getting that.

Edit to add: Oh by the way, on the positive side, the game is absolutely beautiful.

Edit 2: Okay, I figured out that I've been playing Naoe completely wrong. I interpreted the scenes of her father being a master swordsman as a guideline for how she's supposed to be played. That's wrong. She's a master assassin. Get her in a straight up fight with more than one opponent, and it just means that you've messed up. She's much more fun now that I figured that out.

I finished Avowed yesterday and instantly started another run with it. I _really_ want to see some major dialogue choices made differently.

Overall I enjoyed the story a lot and some of the decisions I had to make during the journey were not as obvious as they seemed to be beforehand. Which was a great thing. Exploring the world was fun, but near the end game I got bit bored of looting (I can't believe I just said that). Wherever you went, there was always loot, loot, LOOT.

Another small annoyance was my... hmm... companion... constantly interrupting the flow of the gameplay. Although I do get why it was made as it was.

End game also seemed to be very dialogue heavy and not that much of gameplay. This was puzzling me a bit, since the story was still interesting and all that dialogue served a purpose, but there was just sooooo much of it.

The world is really beautiful and I still say that it's a shame we don't a have photo mode here. I would have taken sooo many screenshots  Game was definitely a very positive surprise for a person who didn't have the slightest idea what to expect from it. Now I'm indeed doing another run with it and hope that the story still carries me through it. Another character, (probably) new weapons, different dialogues. My first character wanted to be friendly and nice towards everyone, but this time I'm gonna be total opposite whenever it's possible. It's gonna be a challenging run, since I usually don't like to play that kind of characters, but it's in the name of science, so I will try my best.

Yep i figured it out too, but with my build i can now do multiple enemys pretty easily too aslong as there not all elites and even then i can sometimes win.

Using an AI to roleplay with the cyberpunk red system , after the events of cyberpunk 2077 , because other games feel boring, empty, and hollow to me since I finished it. Plus, I love the game's universe.

Went ahead and purchased inZoi, since it was a decent early access price. I wanted to see what it's all about. Played maybe an hour.

Character creation is as easy, or alternatively as extensive, as you want it to be. The game was very stable on my system, but my system is pretty beefy. The world is absolutely beautiful. Stunningly so, given my frame of reference coming from the Sims series. Basic interactions and autonomy seem to work pretty well, although on occasion the Zois (I think that's what they're called?) occasionally do something insane. Pathfinding isn't great, but it never was in the Sims either, so I sort of expected that to be annoying.

But when the devs say it's early access, they mean it. It has a promising core, but most of the stuff around the core doesn't yet seem to be implemented. For instance, I walked out of my apartment (which was an awesome experience, because if you prefer, you can take control of your character instead of just clicking on a place for them to go), down the street just a little way, and right in front of a McDonalds. It wasn't McDonalds technically, but it was definitely McDonalds: red carton of golden fries, yellow name with a big arched "M". I thought, "this is so cool, I'm going to get my character a hamburger and fries!". That's when the illusion stopped. There was no way into the building. It was just a store front. I've run into several of those in my very limited play time.

If all that sort of stuff gets fleshed out, the game is going to be awesome. But right now, it's still a work in progress.

Edit: Oh, and there's one big challenge to being able to enjoy the game. The universe apparently is run by cats. Space hamsters would have been fine, but cats ???

Finishing any remaining sidegigs before starting the last mission with Hanako in my first Cyberpunk 2077 walkthrough. Also alternating 2077 with a Mass Effect trilogy run (currently on ME2)

A new game popped up on Game Pass, called South of Midnight. I'm not very deep into it yet, but so far it's been good. The setting claims to based loosely on U.S. deep south folklore. I went into it thinking maybe a dark fantasy New Orleans setting. So far, it's been more just basic dark fantasy than New Orleans, but still, it's entertaining.

Edit: So, somewhere around Chapter 5 it starts to fall apart. The story never quite makes sense from the start, but after a while, the loose ends pile up to be a significant issue, at least for me. Nothing really gets resolved, and the character just sort of blindly wanders into the next story line that doesn't get resolved. Still, if you can get it on Game Pass, it's fun enough for a few hours. I couldn't see myself buying it full price.

Replaying Midnight Suns for the first time in a long time. I forgot how good the game is. The story is weak and inconsistent, but the gameplay is excellent -- especially with a mod that makes Sara / Caretaker shut up on missions.

The game got great reviews when it came out, but was a commercial failure. The behavior of the publisher was so slimy that most people never gave it a chance.
