What game are you currently playing

Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Probably the last AC game i will play. Played all the earlier main instalments (and also all Chronicles, which were really fun), was a bit tired of the franchise, so had to make a pause... Syndicate is kinda fun, but I don't like the direction they took in Origins... I'd gladly play something based in one of the European cities during WW2... A bit like Saboteur, but maybe in Berlin, Vienna or Prague.

Flipping between CP2077, Elite and have just grabbed the System Shock remake. It’s been so long since I played the original I’d truly forgotten how good a game it is.

Honestly ME1 and 2 are still above most modern western RPGs IMHO

I prefer 2 and 3, granted 3 ending is a bit of a letdown I won't deny but I still prefer them over 1

The ending was underwhelming and the trilogy deserved much better than that (not to mention I vastly preferred working with Cerberus than the Alliance) but I won't deny ME3's combat and character relationships were top notch. That game also had some of the most fucked up and interesting choices in the trilogy (like how you dealt with the Krogan/Genophage affair). Also, I'll take EDI over any Krogan squadmate any day

Garrus and Tali for me, made me realize game companions are actually more than just npcs, entire crew of the normandy will forever be my favorite gaming characters. ME3 wasn't a great ending, had so much potential and while I understand why they did it, can't say I fully agree however to this day I would still put it over something like the Witcher, if only because everything you chose was canon, what you did matters, there was no way to say "well lore wise this wouldn't happen" because you made the lore.

I'm playing Ghost of tsushima and KCD 2 right now. only if i have the time to do so, because of school and the part time job im having. now that i think of it. Why are there no witcher ronin attire and weapons? in my opinion having them would be cool.

I was so excited for the Ghost of Tsushima. played it from day 1. but after a few days, i didn't like it. everything felt repetitive. But i live KCD2. it was best. It IS best.

State of Decay 2. Picked it up on Game Pass for XBox, enjoyed it enough to buy it for PC so I can mod it. I've also tested a few demos on Next Fest, but nothing has particularly impressed me yet.

Borderlands 4 - My wife and I had been waiting for this. Normally I play the Siren when we crack open a new Borderlands, but she called dibs because she wanted the big cat. Still I'm really digging Harlow and her nuclear gravity cannon thingy. That thing is sick.

Ghost of Yotei - When we can't play Borderlands together. I got this for myself. Just started, very cool, beautiful.

Yeah, if you loved the first one, you will love this one.
I have the same feeling as when I played KCD 2. It feel the same as the first game, but better on everything
On side note, I saw so many people trashing the game because UE5, but so far, it runs great on my Series X.

Splitting time between Dying Light: The Beast, and a new playthrough of Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous. Mostly DL: The Beast. I like having Kyle Crane back. When he is able to get into Beast mode, he's an engine of complete destruction. It's a somewhat different take on how to play the game. Even Volatiles have a hard time standing against him, except for the fact that they're basically infinite swarms. I've had fun a few times killing a couple and then running quickly away from the swarm.

Painkiller 2. I love shooters.

Witcher 2, loyal to best RE 2 engine. I really like W2 the most because it reminds me of fable lost of the chapters.

And yes, The Outer Worlds 2. Another very good game from Obsidian. Not perfect, but very good.
