Raftman's Do for sure. Hair isn't too long or too short and it has a badass ponytail.

The original Witcher 2 hairstyle which is called the Rivian, if I'm not mistaken, really suits Geralt.
I'd like to have the option of natural loose hair as well.

I thought elven meant loose hair? Rivian is the ponytail he has in Witcher 2 trailers and the beginning of Witcher 2.

I sported elven hairstyle(loose) in Witcher 2 as it was how I saw Geralt for the first time in Witcher 1. I then I tested all the others before I went with a Cintran pendulum(indeed the one Geralt sport in Witcher 3 trailers).

Actually all hairstyles we can choose from contradict the books.
I want hair band.
This guy can do it, Geralt will look good, too.

Wow that's really cool, imagining him with that! -my choice if that's possible, if not either the Rivian one or the current default one, might choose the elven style if it was more close to Witcher 1 than it is in Witcher 2!

Your name didn't surive the forum change. You need to change it(back), like many of us had to as well. Worse is that you only get one chance to do it. Choose well. I have the same name as I had on the old forum, so take your old name, it should work. Good luck!

Go to the settings of your forum account, you can change your username there (but only once).

As for the books, all I recall was that Geralt's hair is described as long and white like milk.
But it makes sense for him to wear it in a ponytail as he has a very agile combat style based on
perception and fast reaction, so he can't have hair obstruct his field of view.

But then again my friend, he is a witcher, he could fight
blindfolded.

Remember what Lambert said to Ciri when she was training? After all the pirouettes and someraults?

"You can take the blindfold off now."

That little detail really made my day, and that was from The Last Wish, she hadn't been training for long.

Geralt being a fully trained and experienced witcher can sport whatever hairstyle he want without it messing with his perception.

Then again, what do I know? Geralt surely has his preferences. :D I wonder why the devs switched from elven to rivian ponytail between Witcher 1 and 2?

To show us the power of havok of course. Reason for the Cintrian Pendulum and beard in W3 is new fur options for nvidia GPUs IMO. BTW years ago when i saw the werewolf first time in W1 i thought my GPU can't render the game. I have tried different GPU drivers for a week :/

Interesting. I'll be sure to closely watch Geralt's beard flying in the wind next time CDPR honour us with a game demonstration.
I pray that demonstration will come sooooooon. :unworthy:

Good luck with testing GPU drivers! :D

Wouldn't mind seeing Geralt with one of them Cossack Khokhol's, scalplock things, don't know if it'd fit im though.

I've only ever found one thing under a ponytail, and that's an arsehole.

Same.
I'd he pretty neat if the beards could range from a slight stub to a full beard.
