Anyway, as CP77 is spiritual - what is enlightenment?

My recent idea is that it's a state when a person fully binds with his/her soul, regardless of how it is, and finds love through all the mixed contents.
So, It's not about being perfect and reaching everpresent bright light, it's about easying ones mind to eventually reach it naturally, yet being aware and ready for it unwillingly falling into shadows for some time.

I don't recall a clear answer. But I would assume that the game's idea of enlightenment is kinda the same as the understanding of enlightenment in today's Buddhism. So Buddhism literature might help. So I guess seeing the world for what it is, reconnecting with nature, overcoming your own ego, understanding reality and things like that could be Vs path to enlightenment. Solving the disconnect that is caused by the relic Johnny most likely too.

The way I've always understood it (Buddhism again, which the game is clearly lifting from) is the complete abandonment of the "self" so that one can perceive the world as it is, without individual desire, opinion, reaction etc. Less about accepting things and more about perception -- recognizing the world doesn't care who you are, you simply have a place within it. Rather than feeling bliss or joy, it's existing in a perfect balance, free of all emotion and instinct. Just being. Nirvana.
