I'm starting a 2nd playthrough for a smart SMG character, but it's unclear to me what the best build for them is:
There seems to be two main ones, with one being a standard reflex(assault) one and the other being the shortcircuit-on-hit intelligence build that's been recently popular on youtube.
Obviously reflex(assault) is the standard tree for smart SMGs, but actually a lot of the perks in that tree that have to do with recoil reduction and things like that that usually improve using a standard assault rifle, don't really help a smart SMG.
I think a smart SMG/AR will necessarily have to be a hybrid one - Does anyone have a really good build that focuses on making smart SMGs really good?
