What is the easiest way to change the skin of Geralt?

Id like to play the game but id like to change his appearance, ive been scrolling through the boards and many suggestions are brought up, still im a bit confused about it though, what is the easiest way to change his appearance? is it possible to create a model in the editor then simply import it somehow, or can you reskin him to any other npc in the game? animations and everything else can remain intact of course. any help would be appriciated

Easiest way is to simply recolor Gerald's textures. To do this you need to find and edit the appropriate dds files. There's already a thread about this here where it was stated that witch1_g1.dds is Gerald's face. geralt_h1.dds seems to be his hair, haven't found his torso or the rest of the body yet :D Maybe someone else already discovered these parts.

Personally, I know from just looking and hearing stories that a coloured man or a man with Pacific Islander descent would kick a whole lot more ass than a white guy. They have better muscle development and are usually stronger than us white folk. Proof of this can be seen in most American sports, how many African Americans are there playing compared to white guys. Also look at the New Zealand rugby team. Their huge. Anyway good luck with it.

Geralt's a mutant ... i hardly think his skin colour has much to do with his abilities, but if you want to make him brown or black for your (and other people's) amusement, then have at ;)based on my *very* limited djinni experience, recolouring is the way to go, but I can't help with the filenames for the additional body parts
