What is the huge reticle on my HUD?

I don't know why its there, but it just popped up today.

Its a big rectangle that takes up most of the center of the screen and on the bottom right side of my HUD it shows the buttons for flying drones. Press up to zoom in. Down to zoom out. Etc.

Anyone know what this is?

Oh, oh! I've been using only Power Weapons (excepting a Tech sniper rifle). Guess I won't be trying any Smart weapons until at least after the next patch!

My smartweapons don't even work... Or maybe just the tattoo-like smartweapon link is buggy.

you also need the cyber hand implant ( smart link) to make them better, also can add a optic chip to a cybereye to make them even better

yea, that appears to be the smart wepaon reticule bug mentioned earlier

I've noticed that it's not only smart weapons that'll do it, but if you're hacking, it'll come up sometimes as well, especially if you're using cameras.

Yea I got those. But I have the free reward from Wakako Okada which is supposed to be both a tattoo and a smartlink cyberware at the same time, and I have a feeling its bugged. I may have to dish out money for a standard smartlink cyber to see if tech ammo works then...
