I usually just use my Divided We Stand and take cover until they get close, and then lob a non-lethal fire grenade their way at around 10%

System Reboot is also a one hit knockout, it does take a moment to up load so you either need to dodge while it is uploading or stay hidden.

shotgun KO'd then pretty fast and they can't even react given the knockback mechanic, so one pump to fall on the floor and I just use the 4 remaining bullets in Carnage to get the service done. Weirdly they survive the assault.

Some cyberpsychos can be snuck up on. In that case, a proper pistols/stealth overture build will one-shot them.

I went with netrunner build, but even if you're not specialised the disable cyberware hacks pretty much completely incapacitate them.

Mantis blades have seemed to be the best in my experience to get them down quick and alive

In truth there is no best way, it depends on your build. Most bosses and Cyberphsychos have a bonus hit point so if you are not rapid tapping the attack button or just massive over kill them, or explode a body part.

i posted the "best" way already... 1 tranq dart 1 shots any cyberpsycho and keeping them alive.

Too easy :)

Smart Assault rifle with electric damage modded to be non-lethal. Drops them like a wet bag of poop. just bring enough ammo for 2, maybe 3 reloads

Before I got the Rocket Arm and Tranquilizer Darts (one hit and they are down)... It was get them down using lethal damage of choice and the last 1% used the baseball bat to just knock them out.
