What is this icon?

Hello everyone,

Sorry, this might not be a technical issue but I need to ask this somewhere.
When I enter combat, an icon appears near my health bar.

What is that icon exaclty for?

That's the mutation icon if I'm not mistaken. You probably are "using" a mutation that's only active while in combat (like Deadly Counter, for example).

Yep it's a mutation you have that automatically does something when you enter combat.
