Deactivate uber sampling and v-sync (activate adaptive vsync in nVidia control panel) everything else on max, youll be sitting at a minimum of 50fps. I know I did with i7 4.2GHz, 16gb ram(won't even close to use that), gtx 660. Now I have 2 GTX 660's and no issue maintaining 60 fps constantly, at all.
