A better ending...
where you are not zapped with Soulkiller or get an Arasaka lobotomy.

Expect what? I expect them to not waste a single minute on adding TPP. There are more interesting things to add instead of camera that will completely ruin immersion and combat. Excuses? Understand finally that not every game has to be in TPP. You can do it. I believe in you.Comprehend what? Improving their janky animations will improve the first person experience as well. Literally everything that would be required for third person to work will benefit first person as well.
Why are you people making excuses for billion dollar companies? It's completely realistic to want Cyberpunk to be as good as The Witcher 3, a game also made by CDProjekt. Why should we expect less? It's a newer game, with an improved engine, but somehow worse animations and physics.
Yup. Anyone whom played the game can understand this simple points, seems they never play tested the game past the prologue actually. And it's all easy to fix.Exactly. Certainly, the items limit would also increase the difficulty level (although slightly), and additionally make the trunk in the car a bit more useful. A very small change, and it already gives us
+ difficulty level balance
+ increases the suitability of the car / trunk, as well as the key importance of items and their selection
+ in subjective feeling, it improves immersion (player / car relationship)
While I do not agree they should change the engine, the RED Engine 3 was great for Witcher 3, really. I believe the third iteration of the engine is better and more optimized than the fourth one (RED Engine 4, which they used for CP2077). Probably it would have been much better if they didn't want to make this game a new Crysis and a powerhouse of graphic processing hardware demand and made it in RED Engine 3, leaving the 4th version for future projects and giving time to improve and optimize it.Square/Enix released a product sort-of like this. Total trash. They took it down, redesigned the game and fixed all issues. Today it's a great game. CD RED should be grateful to SONY for taking off the game on their digital store, this way the damage can be minimized. All that is needed now is for CD RED to stop selling the game on the XBOX and PC platform and go back to the drawing-board.
It should not be to hard to finance a total redesign. The board of directors responsible for this mess simply have to be held accountable and PAY for this disaster (should be damn easy for a court of law to see all criminal activity done here). The talk about lawsuits against CD RED is a blessing in disguise. The trash must be thrown out, only then can Cyberpunk 2077 as a IP grow.
Two to three more years in development should do wonders. My best advice would be a partnership with ROCKSTAR GAMES and/or Gearbox Software. It's clear that the RED ENGINE has some serious flaws. Just port over the assets to the engibe GTA V uses or simply UNREAL ENGINE that is running Gearbox's Borderlands 3.
Currently keep using the RED ENGINE is like keep paying on a pyramid scam. Admit defeat, and just fix the mess. Take comfort in that this is not the first time things like this happens. Electronic Arts forced BioWare to use the worthless Frostbite Engine on DRagon Age Inquisition / Mass Effect Andromeda and disaster followed. Just pay EPIC the license fee, and use the UNREAL ENGINE. it's better than all thew rest. Hell, the in-house "RED ENGINE" can't even handle save games without corrupting them. Just drop it!
Since CD RED have some sort of partnership with Microsoft, if you want to go down the cheap road (excluding the UNITY engine) I am sure Bethesda's Creation Engine could be an option. But trust me on this: RED ENGINE is utter trash (even worse than Frostbite) on the same level as UNITY. Admit defeat before the CD RED stock plummet to the former subpar ranking of Polish zloty currency.

You mean being able to see your character isn't interesting? Don't you find it ridiculous we can make our characters look all cool with glasses, hats, jackets and stuff, but we can only see them in the inventory screen and there are literally no reflections in the game?Expect what? I expect them to not waste a single minute on adding TPP. There are more interesting things to add instead of camera that will completely ruin immersion and combat. Excuses? Why you buy good looking clothes then? Why people put tatoos on their backs? You mean being able to see your character isn't interesting? Don't you find it ridiculous we can make our characters look all cool with glasses, hats, jackets and stuff, but we can only see them in the inventory screen and there are literally no reflections in the game?
It's just an opinion of someone who still, after 2 years, can't accept reality. If third person was so immersion breaking, why are all endings a third person cutscene? Because it's awesome, that's why.
Shooting in TPP is THE WORST. In CP2077 you mainly use guns.It was awesome in The Witcher, being able to see Geralt in his awesome armor with his silky smooth movement animation. It will be awesome in Cyberpunk as well. Because cool things don't suddenly stop being cool.
Maybe that's part of the reason why it's bad.Why can a bad game like Fallout 4 have both perspectives, while running on an ancient engine, but Cyberpunk can't running on the latest Red Engine?
