I love game so far, but it lacks of more personalization, barber shop, surgery, clothing, also car shop, paint or improve cars and bikes, shooting from car would be nice, I know we don't want other GTA but it has sense for me, also PC modding tool maybe? the community enjoys to mod games and I love the story and the voice acting, but what make a game lasts is the modding community.

I would actually like to play the Main Story Line Quests ..... My version won't let me get thru "The RipperDoc"; keeps locking up when my character "jacks in" to the Cyberware Screen.

- Bring back cut content, like the six months of gameplay we lost to a montage.
- Improved AI, traffic, pedestrians, police.
- Expanded RPG mechanics, functional furniture, interactive elements (food stands, arcade games, bars, dancing, etc)
- Barbershops, and cosmetic surgeons.
- Transmog system.
- Expanded player home system, several purchasable apartments or acquired through quests.
- A physical garage to store your vehicles and the ability to modify and tune vehicles.

These are what I hoped would be included in the base game, but since what we got was a husk of what the marketing led us to believe I'd be fine with this coming in the form of DLC and expansions later.

Furthermore, I'd like to say that the game "as is" is great, and I have nothing but respect for the developers and I appreciate the labour and many work hours they have given to this project, I hope leadership within CDPR take note of the fallout of this disastrous launch and work to rectify this in the future. :ok:

For me:

- Can't retrieve knife after throwing? (Please fix this!) At least throwing knife ammo so that I don't need to go to the menu everytime to select a knife.
- Can't edit character body, hair, beard or tattoo's when game is started (at least barber and tattoo/pircing artists) or even plastic surgery (body customisation like the start)
- No walk/run switch button? That wil add to the immersion.
- Cop chase are REALLY bad! (Cops poping in behind and when driving straight you loses cops without any struggle or difficulty)
- Driving a car feels like a boat
- First person driving a car is to bright when driving in the sun (overexposed) even when not looking at the sun. In first person you are a person not a camera lens...
- No weapon stealth animation with weapon's (knife, sword or silenced weapon) and (IT WAS LIKE THAT IN A GAMEPLAY PREVIEW)
- No weight distribution on bikes (can't do wheelie or stoppies) and ridiculous turning circle.
- Trafic light always switch to green when in range (because AI can't see trafic lights I think they did that) that just kills immersion when driving.
- No minimap resize or zoom out (mis turns when navigating because of that)
- hardcore mode where you need to eat and drink.
- No aim down sign toggle.

Less important (to me):
- No appartment customisation or buying new appartmens/houses
- No vehicle customisation and a garage to store it.
- No animation when drinking at a bar/club (drinking shots or beer etc..) or eating food. Only buy from inventory or when playing quests.
- no reflection of player (raytracing but not this?)
- When showering clotes are on (maybe a short animation or sound that he puts his clots off and on when entering or leaving the shower) and when looking down no clothes on.

The colossal lack of missing features, makes me think that a entire new game is needed.

Absolutely not, especially after all the delays its had, including the most recent one where I'm pretty sure was to make the game better on what is now last gen consoles.

This game to me is like a Beta with all the bugs people have, did someone from Ubisoft join CDPR and help with development?

I dont want ANYONE to be overworked and underpaid but for me this game should not have been released in this state. I dread to think what will happen when the series x/ps5 get the upgraded graphics patch next year....which i hope is still happening.

We've waited 8 years for a game that looks worse than a Ubisoft title that's ridiculous imo.

Can all of you just stop calling me?? I'm driving around the city, talking to some guy and then some other guy calls me, and all of the sudden I'm talking to two guys at the same time. And that's not half the problem. Like, who are you, people? And I don't even want to talk to you right now, I'm in the middle of something. I don't even know you. I'll call you back later if I care about what you have to say. I don't want to constantly be bombarded with meaningless gigs and stuff. Obviously, I exaggerate a little bit but you get the point. I would also like to meet those people in person. I really don't care about them nor their stupid gigs... For example, I really cared about Delamain cause I got to meet him.

Thanks on the behalf of others, I guess. My excitement for following the story just drop to just above "Not caring" now, damn shame. :(

Not blaming you, hard to get all comments.
Just wish some people would be a bit more considered. Really pissed off to be honest...

Yeah, sorry for that. But I think the story is still worth it, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey :)

Fixing the game and fixing it to what degree I'd be excited to play it again are two different things. As far as fixing it I've spoken on that a ton already as have others, as far as some very simple things that would make the game more enjoyable for me despite its many flaws:

- A third person option for immersion because of the way I experience games.

- A less schizophrenic world that does more than suggest its 5 o'clock somewhere. As a player I want to experience happy hour, not have it just be alluded to. So things that help with suspension of disbelief such as strippers in clubs, windows and drug dealers that sell drugs not medicine etc for immersion.

Well, limitless upgrades because if I'm shooting for 90k damage why not (yes you can achieve that)

Cycling upgrades: once you upgrade to the max of a weapon you have to get a large amount of upgrade to upgrade it to the next rarity.

Platinum weapon varity: A new tier after cycling to legendary, instead of using minute amounts of upgrade components, it uses a huge amount for a huge damage buff.

Functional Upgrades: As in your double jump can upgrade to a triple jump, and so on and so forth

Pain-table/Up-gradable Cars: Big wheels, colors, colors like the rainbow, animated skins

Upgradable U: I'd like to look i took a bath in room temperate gold, or diamonds

Vendor Unlimited: just make the vendors unlimited, such as clothes, guns and the such, or have on per city that can be unlocked after a quest, (for those of us that like the onestop shop concept) but as a counter balance add super rare items to the other vendors that cycles.

Now for the fixes

Play-dough People

Launching cars/people

Nudity (unpatch it, that's not cool, and no one asked for the censorship), Mods if you cant figure out how to stop people from being rude(apparently) then just ban certain key words or phrases, stop trying to censor us, the game is censored enough.

Driving, its ice skatey

Weapons, they buggy

Physics, i was launched to a rooftop after being hit by an invisible car.

If you dev's have the swag that i think you do, not only can you fix those issues, but you can complie it into a feature, "Broken mode"

So far the only thing that would fix the game for me is overall AI(NPCs, traffic, NCPD wanted system & enemy AI in combat). And this is something that will probably take same time to get right, too many interdepedencies between game systems & algorithms to fix it 100% in short time.

Other than that - I'm between having a great time to being blown away by everything the game has to offer and manages to accomplish.

You asked what could be fixed, and if the game was what I wanted and if the 8 year wait was worth it?

I agree with a lot of the ideas on here, like a flashlight, I couldn't believe there wasn't one - its 2077!!!! lol
even the idea with it being possible to join gangs, I like that too, and it wouldn't have been that hard.
and most of all, I would have liked to KEEP the drone from the heist, and use it in other missions (or whenever I want)
*** One of the main BIG ISSUES, that anyone with half a brain would want fixed is the FRIGGIN POLICE!!!! YES THEY ARE TOO BUGGY!!***

There are many things that need to be fixed, but I SAY THIS ABOUT ANY GAME. I have 70 hours into my play through, and HAVE NOT finished nearly all the side quests. I am also not max level either. Granted I ran around alot making money to buy cars and such (I consider these actions part of the game, so these actions are justifiably included in my 70+ hours, making the game 70+ hours in reality - and I am NOT done)

I am on ps4, and I as I said, have 70+ hours. I think that people may be over reacting, and beating up on CDPR more than needed. They understand that there is a social media platform "to get their word out" where as years prior there wasn't and it goes to peoples heads (fact of reality not opinion) If they don't see a game THEY WOULD HAVE MADE, they complain... I have over 70 hours in the game, on the console that everyone is complaining about (yes pro not base, however I wouldn't be ****** enough to think an advanced game like this would play on the base of last gen anyways...

in general people STRIVE for drama, and fighting. Give the dev's some time and they will fix some more issues, I have yet to encounter "game breaking bugs" so I don't see the complaining making sense. Sorry..
Whether they are legit concerns there will always be "something for people to complain about" and there will always be people who follow on the band wagon, because they would rather complain and join the leaders who are stirring up the drama, than PLAY THE DARN GAME THEY WAITED 8 YEARS FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*YES there are more bugs than other games, however I have yet to "get stuck" because of them, most of them -

my car suddenly appearing 50 feet in front of me, randomly falling from the sky, my motorcycle doing an endo and flying up into the air when I call it with auto nav, people with boy parts missing, my characters clothe disappearing so I'm running around buck, I see a bunch of FUNNY STUFF that makes me chuckle, AND CONTINUE PLAYING!!!! not a big deal..
Yes I understand SOME PEOPLE are probably getting breaking bugs, however most of the people (maybe not YOU) are not.

There is a huge topic on reddit about this.
I am sorry just to copy and paste.

Quality of Life
- Walk toggle for keyboard.
- Key re-mapping for certain elements.
- Accessibility features missing (ie: text scaling for menus).
- In-game benchmark feature.
- Dash should be a separate key and not a double press of walking key.
- Crouch and skip dialogue should not share the same key.
- The minimap is too zoomed in to be helpful in many cases.
- Missing a toggle aim feature.
- Ability to respec attributes. (Note: Existing item respecs perks only)
- Ability to disable objective marker.
- Ability to lower ADS sensitivity.
- Add proper ultrawide (21:9, 32:9) support.
- Add loot by area or/and autoloot feature.
- Add "stash all" feature.
- Add transparency option for hud elements.
- Add way to remove mods from unequipped weapons.
- Add toggle mouse acceleration.
- Driving markers and onscreen trajectory (alternative GPS).
Gameplay and immersion
- Body slider customization (height, weight, muscle mass).
- Very few options for some of the character creation features (hair color, tattoos, skin complexion, scars, etc).
- Animations for eating and drinking (excluding scripted ones).
- Unable to remove underwear outside of inventory.
- Vehicle customization.
- Apartment customization.
- Cosmetic slots or transmog feature.
- Very few actual merchant stores in quantity and variety.
- No garages or parking lots.
- Crowds have low level of reactivity and awareness to the game world.
- Very few interactive NPCs outside of missions with meaningful dialogue.
- Very few options to meaningfully construct a personality to V. You get to choose missions endings, but not an actual persona.
- Lack of non-action oriented stories and quests about meaningful themes of cyberpunk distopia.
- Player cannot smoke.
- Weapon mods and skill trees largely irrelevant outside of marginal and mostly numerical improvements to combat.
- Lack of emergent gameplay events in the game world (ie: dynamic and random triggers).
- Unable to alter character's appearance (barbershop, tattoo parlors, plastic surgeon).
- Lack of character reflection outside of the few mirrors available. This furthers the disconnection between the player and the character.
- No ownership of items (you can rob NPCs under their nose).
- No prison or lasting crime system.
- Wanted system is largely underdeveloped, with cops spawning out of nowhere and disappearing shortly after.
- Cybernetics lack variety in meaningful choices that alter gameplay (except for limbs weapons). Deus Ex has far more impactful mods that actually change the way you approach combat.
- The lifepaths are frustratingly brief and have little impact other than dialogue choices. V is essentially the same character regardless of past.
- The traffic AI is lackluster and there are too few cars driving around for a large metropolis.
- Trains were obviously cut, even though the whole infrastructure is visible.
- The world interaction is quite minimal. Among items that should be interactive: chairs, benches, toilets, stools, sinks, gym equipment, light fixtures, restaurant menus, smartphones, taxi, trash bins and dumpsters, most merchant stalls, microwaves, dancing floors, gaming tables, arcades.
- You cannot preview wardrobe and weapon purchases.
- There is no reliable cover system.
- Loot system overdone, invasive and distracting. You are constantly showered with redundant and marginally better items and have no attachment whatsoever with your fashion and weapon choices. (Dear god, I hate this one).
- Enemies are too spongy and level design forces frontal assault way too often.
- Robotics and drone control largely absent (outside of scripted missions).
