World Poster Map, Location Poster Maps, Witcher Medallions, Leather/CorduroyWitcher 2 Style Raven Armor (Particularly the vest/coat), A Witcher 2 styled Brown Leather Bandolier. I know the Bandolier and Coat are unlikely, but that doesn't change the fact that I would pay good money to have them. 
[Edit] And of course: a highly detailed Witcher Encyclopedia that covers all of the places, characters, magics, items, and creatures from the games (and ideally also the novels), with very nice art/well edited renders worked in.

Just as TW2: EE (Xbox360 pre-order from gamestop) TW3 will have its own keychain, AGAIN for pre-order only from Gamestop.
CDPR can make a lot of money if they sell TW merchandise but no... I'm so mad I can't get one of these! On Ebay they have insane price bidding...

I would like to buy a huge tan/color High Quality Cloth Map of TW3 World. I want to frame it, also some bad ass figures that I can collect and pose.
Oh, and witcher swords/medallions! Make them wolf teeth sharp damn it! The CE Medallion is the best to date, but sell one that looks as detailed and sharp as the real thing, maybe put glowing red light eyes in it, like those one pins people sell, where you just touch the back with your finger and it lights up from a watch battery inside. lol..
It has to be high quality and look cool, idk 3D print them and install little red light eyes, batteries and chain or no chain. I would pay $60 or $70bucks for that easy! So lets help CDPR Team fund new and more awesome games over time, like CP2077 or more Witcher style games.
