What's the win rate when Regis was played first?

What's the win rate of rounds in which Regis was played first on the first turn of the first round?

Regis HV or normal Regis?

I haven't seen anyone play normal Regis in over 600 OB games. In the same amount of matches, I very rarely see Regis HV being played as first card; consume wants a behemoth down first, others generally want to hold off committing him until later (particularly if vs. a deck that buffs units, i.e. spotters).
