Hope he bleeds enough cards before he realizes you gave the round up and go for the following one.

throw the round. He buffs 5 points and damages 1 point per turn. You got nothing to counter that. Play Bran and spy. Save Shackle for later. The chance is high that he play Neneke or Shani to revive dandelion. Or even keep him on board with resilience.

Play bran -> discard whatever you don't need/need in grave. This makes him waste a card

Play donar -> for CA, and see if your opponent pass or not. He'll probably do at that point.

Play the Spy, and hope you draw Kambi. If you don't, pass. If you do, play Kambi as though it were Round 3. Then worry about the other rounds later.

As above, bleed the opponent as much as possible while holding your gold cards in reserve for later rounds. Then hope you draw something useful to counter the usual NR medic/KOB/priscilla/etc combo.
