when does the game ask you the tw2 questions?

I heard back from an official source regarding the default Witcher 2 choices. They are:

Letho is dead.
Sile is dead.
La Valette is dead.
Roche path

the Roche path in that dialogue....

I guess that we end up with a stronger "hand" with more people alive... though maybe some of them will act against us?

This really needs to be expressed more easily.

When you get the option "SIMULATE SAVE?"

YES
NO

Then the logic is "If I simulate a savegame, the game will use a default setting. If I DONT simulate, I will get to choose".
Burn myself on this myself. Missed the conversation options.

Way too ambigious. Needs to be clarified with more text or a warning window.
