When launching from steam, skip the redlauncher

First, Thanks for giving us this big nextgen update!

What i do not like is having an extra step to start the game. Before the update i could click on start game. Now a (never seen before) Redlauncher start and i have to click again to start the game.
I really dislike these practises.

I found a way to skip the launcher (click properties in Steam and add this '--launcher-skip' to your start field) but i should not have to do that in the first place.

Also, the Steam overlay (with fps counter) doesnot work anymore.

I have about the same problem, but with cyberpunk, I click play and writes that I need to check the files in the steam, but everything is OK with them...and why did I buy the game?
