This 'soon' is the the same as 'when it's ready'. It's used by every developer out there, just to torture their fans.
You know what's also annoying and torturing? When a certain author/mangaka tells everyone: 'till next time' and then doesn't show himself for a entire year... But that has nothing to do with TW3.
