Was it because of the soy brats that cops are now missing???
Cant help but notice where are all the cops gone when you break the law. one can shoot people left right and centre and " IF " they do manage to show you can just circle around them killing them off without much threat of dying, car chases or any other repercussion. the drones even when gang up on you out by the boarders take awhile to show up.
