We'll know a shitload more about clothing once the official game guide gets out and folks start copying it to the wikis.. Don't know why but it hasn't shipped yet. Mine is due to arrive on the 22nd. I ordered it on the 4th.

While there are some clothing pieces to give your V a decent outfit, the lack of good looking clothing pieces really disappoints me. No High-heels (open toes), hell, NPCs wear flip-flops, why can't V have some? One more point in disappointments. Could fix my crashes (mods!), could fix my performance (mods), could circumvent the Censorship (again, mods), now i have to wait for mods to give me some cool clothes. I wonder for what i paid CDPR for the game, should have given my money to modders

i realy hope they add more stuff to game, this is such a good looking beatiful game, but its bare bones besides main story, they spent so much advertisement on Night City, but you can do jack shit in night city.

well for me i cant do anything I beat the game but cant play cause of credits roll everytime I hit continue

Don't continue, just load the save from before the 'meet Hanako at Embers' mission. There should be a save from when you turn up at the door with the two guards outside. Just load that, and you can go do all the side missions

I’m glad someone made a post about this because I was going to. I’m so disappointed with the lack of sexy clothing for female v. I’m especially disappointed in the lack of high heels. The NPCs has great high heels but we can’t wear them? It’s GTA online all over again. I hope the developers see this post and decorous add more sexy clothing like what the Mox girls wear and more different types of heels. Open toe, mules, stripper heels, stilettos, platform. So many that could have been but no.

I don't think they can add high heels without needing to redo all of the motion capture. How would you crouch behind cover in high heels?
Anyway, I don't think high heels can be added without a lot of work, but I could be wrong

There are definitely sexy clothes in the game, its just really disappointing that you don't have access to customise the character with all the incredible clothing assets they've made for the NPCs.

Keep an eye on Nexus mods... I'd imagine that once they get the kinks out, the modding scene will explode for this game. With the graphics potential, I could see this overtaking Skyrim.

Most strange thing for me is game ALREADY has a lot of stuff and finished outfit models - no need to make something absolutely new i mean - NPCs wear it, it's used for decoration, etc,...
...but player cant

I did find a rather nice dress. Now if only I could look in the mirror without my hair disappearing and didn't manspread across the room every time I sit down. And being able to change my hair, make up, and nail polish would be nice, too. And why aren't there any normal ponytails to pick for hair? I want hair like Claire's at Afterlife. [...]

What the game really needs is the ability to "snapshot" what you are wearing and then save it as a "special" outfit that you can equip as a customization option that way you don't feel like you have to choose fashion or stats but can have both.

well they give you the ability to raise the stats of an outfit you do like.. its just a matter of getting one that has mod slots.. i have my upper torso maxed out in "armor" just from upgrading it..
and for the previous post.. there isnt anything particular they need to change in the game to give us heels.. they already have them on the AI/NPCs..
personally i think they needed to get this game released as its been over 2 years since.. and like most games that just came out, they will need significant patching and like myself and others have stated.. people will start making mods for this game.. though i would expect them from Loverslab before Nexus considers it...

I would like to add my disapproval to the lack of different styles of outfits AND/OR the ability to look like you want, but still wear the best possible armour.
It's just one more of the features you would expect in a game like this, which is missing in Cyberpunk.

Yeah I've seen that one posted around as well. Not sure if it was the exact same outfit or if there are multiple. The one glitch with clothing I've had is that I found a shirt that didn't exist,.. it didn't have a inventory icon and when I tried it on it just left me topless. Just a mesh without a texture I guess. Haven't seen it again so either it's an item that doesn't show up a lot or it was a localized glitch on my end.

There is quite a variety of clothes, the problem is that the clothing stores are quite poorly implemented in the game.
Stores should have a fixed list of products for sale which will improve in variety and rarity as you gain more reputation.

While you can make some nice outfits it's really nothing compared to what the NPCs have.

Yep , we see all these outfits in trailers and we NPC's wearing things why can't we purchase these outfits also unlock em .

I have found some clothing that looks sexy, but we do need more of a variety.

The funny thing is, when I first saw this thread, the phrase "bullet-proof nudity" came to mind. It reminds me of how impractical video game "armor" actually is. Women run around in bikinis and men in banana hammocks in a lot of games, and for some reason they are harder to hit, or take less damage, if the right mod/upgrade is on it. And the armor women wear in fantasy rpgs, where their breastplate has actual breasts lol... Sorry, but irl a solid blow to the chest would drive breastplate shaped like that directly into someone's heart and kill them instantly.

Anyway, I'm not trying to argue practicality in a video game. I'm all for the sexy outfits. I always just find it kinda funny when I see a chick in a tight, short dress and high heels sprinting around and fighting in full-on combat.
