Where are the footprints on sandy ground?

Since patch 1.10 i noticed that there are no more footprints on sandy ground. On snowy gorund they are still there. I can't understand why they didn't patch this bug after patch 1.10. It was a really great little detail and i really hope that they patch it back in in the near future.

Also it would be great if someone from CDPR or a moderator could confirm that they are working on a new patch for all platforms because i really don't know if they doing it. After patch 1.22 there is just silence and even Marcin Momot is submerged. There was just the message about the serious problems that PS4 users have but nothing after it.

Footprints appear only on some types of terrain, mainly on sand and snow, which need to be of certain depth. More footprints will be visible if Geralt's movement will be slower. And it has always been like that :)

Check out some snowy mountains in Skellige or sandy shore in White Orchard. It looks exactly the same before 1.10 as on 1.22.

.... and are working on stuff, no dates yet.

@REDkatja

Thank you for the reply and for this amazing game!

As i said before - i can see footprints on snowy ground but not on sandy ground. And this is there since patch 1.10. I looked in different locations but there is nothing. Very strange...

Take your time with the patch and please test it more and don't put too many bugfixes in one patch. Split it in two if needed and just fix bigger problems in the first one. Hopefully the next patch will be a better one, without many new bugs.

That's something being constantly asked since TW3 was released. Never had any reaction, unfortunately.
