Where are the rulers of the North?

I know Temeria and Kaedwen are leaderless but is there any word in game about Meve, Saskia, Stennis, and the rulers of Cidaris and Verden? Or the Dryads in Brokilon?
Dead, hiding, refugees, guerrillas, captured, surrendered, what do you think?

Saskia is either dead or missing. If she´s alive

There is a rare conversation option with Philippa about her and she says she has no idea where she is.

Stennis is either dead or missing.
Since everything in the south below Velen was overrun by Nilfgaard I´d say Dryads, Cidaris and Verden are also pretty dead.

That leaves only neutral Kovir who apparently has a king and a queen.

Because in W2 Triss says that Síle is advisor to Queen Zulika of Kovir but in W3, she says that a king named Tancred rules there, so either Kovir changed monarchs during the 6 month gap or it has a king and a queen.

Dryads are probably still in Brokilon. It is not a priority for Nilfgaard. The rest might be vassalized (not Meve, Nilfgaard would not accept her) or dead.
