This is International part of forum, so i think that people from Poland shouldn't post here :p (it is senseless for me, in fact that we have our part :p).

I hope so!I guess Poland is not included in the "International" part. :'(Besides it being "International" (and I do think Poland is a nation...and it is "inter" ;)), I am glad of the Polish posters here (as well as the German, Russian, and everyone else sharing info with us English speakers). We get a lot of good information comming form them. It is a Polish based production after all...

It is not possible to "overdose" on Canibinoids. ;D"The Drug Awareness Warning Network Annual Report, published by the US federal government contains a statistical compilation of all drug deaths which occur in the United States. According to this report, there has never been a death recorded from the use of marijuana by natural causes. Unlike opiates, barbiturates or amphetamines, there seems to be little risk from the use of large amounts of marijuana. (I can vouch for that from experience! :D) When a person smokes too much they feel very tired and lie down. When people swallow large amounts of hashish, occasionally they get sick to their stomach."Not that the government should ever be trusted completely...But, I figured I would toss that out there for the misinformed. ;)

Hmm I've seen some pretty nasty side effects from smoking. A friend ended up having his throat slit open and 'got tongue cancer and was cut from ear to ear in an 8hr surgery, had part of my tongue removed, 2 saliva glands removed, skin graft from thigh to tongue, feeding tube for 6 days, and lost 15% mobility in my right shoulder, but I am one of the VERY luck ones 100% cured hopefully'. After having that surgery they stapled his throat shut. He'd smoke marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, dip snuff etc. So no, the guy didn't die from smoking, but he wishes he had never smoked in the first place.

ANY smoke, when inhaled in enough quantity, will leave carcinogenic deposits in the body. The average canibis smoker will not be inhaling the same amount as the average cigarette smoker, as the canibis smoker is not smoking 10 to 20 "joints" a day (or at least I would hope not, I am sure it would be rather difficult functioning stoned all of the time ;D). The problem does not lie in the canibis itself, it lies in the smoke. The story you relate certainly is a horror story, and your friend has my sympathies (my grandfather died of lung cancer, so I have seen what it can do), but I think to lay that at canibis's doorstep is a bit of a stretch. The amounts of pot smoked to cause those terrible illnesses would have to be MASSIVE. Though my nick name is DOCTOR Strange, I am not a REAL doctor, but I think if anything were to be blamed for that, it would be the cigarettes and cigars! I know a person in thier 80's who has been smoking marijuana since her 20's and she is in fantastic health (she does not smoke cigaretts, or does any other drugs, including pharmacutical, alcohol or caffine (all of which ARE drugs). The point of my post was certainly NOT to promote the use of canibis, that is a personal choice, it is not up to me to dictate how someone else should live their life! One should be aware of the risks involved in any undertaking. It was merely a statement on the "overdose" thing (which has been scientifficaly proven to be impossible). There are many, many, misconceptions about marijuana propagated for various reasons that are probably not worth going into on a PC game message board...and besides, I have strayed WAY off topic already! :eek:Feel free to PM me if you would like to continue this discussion, as it is most likely not appropriate for us to do so here. ;DBe well.

Good for you, Dorothy--er, Link006. ;) Looks like you're not in Kansas anymore. ;DWelcome, and also to steelsoldier. :) (I'd quote 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas': "You're not Portuguese, man," except that you are Portuguese, and most people wouldn't get it anyway. --Forgive me; I'm feeling silly.) :D

USAMidwestI have been lurking here for a while just seeing whats up. This is my second post. I'm going to get the Witcher for sure, I have rarely been so excited for a game as I am this one, I stated looking into it about 2 1/2 weeks ago and saw everything on gametrailers.com,youtube,filefront and or read on 1up,gamestop,ign,pcgamer the Witcher site, all the web and magazine links on this one (in english) as well as gamespy, rpgwatch, gamepro, gameinformer electronic gaming monthly, justrpg, gaming bits, destructoid, even the Bioware forums about this game, among several others. I'm still on the fence of importing this game game from the UK because of the censorship but I have preordered from my local GameStop. ;D

I'm living in Thüringen, Germany. Is it too late to say something like "hello, world"? No? Still en vogue, as they say in ... where was it? Whatever. Did you know, the world is rolling increasingly slower while you read this? Oh, yeah, days are getting longer for 1,7 ms every century. Someday there are no days left, when you are at night. Fascinating, isn't it?
