Where can I find the largest and most complete map of witcher setting?

I like to see where different areas are, mentioned in the books, relative to one another. But most maps only show certain regions or omit some things.

The smaller map on the top right is pretty much the entirety of the described locations in the Witcher world in the books and the games, we don't know if there are more continents or more regions than what is described so far.

I don't know, sorry...Downloaded them few years ago from somewhere, don't remember anymore...

But @Sephira posted the last map few days ago in another thread...Maybe she knows who is the author?

I didn't know who made the map I posted...until now, searching quickly on Google Images I found the map again (the one I linked is saved in my imgur folder) and the source. It seems the author is Team Ortelius. http://forums.cdprojektred.com/archive/index.php/t-20536.html

Thank you for posting those, I was having a ton of trouble finding detailed and complete maps.
