Where can I get a Draugir armor fragment in Chapter 2 (i think)

You know the level, where you start off as the king guy and you then control Gerald and have to fight through the mist? Is it true the Draugirs only spawn at the very beginning of the chapter? I say this because a Draugir armor fragment is the last piece I need in order to make the Oathbreaker's armor and I cannot find a Draugir anywhere.

Draugir is the boss in the quest about mist. You will eventually get it if you gonna follow main plot.

Why when I enter the mist does it say Oathbreaker's quest failed then? I'm talking about near the end of the chapter...

The Draug is the boss. Draugirs are smaller and appear as you're being escorted through the mist. I usually play Iorveth's path and collect the armor pieces during my first crossing (with Philippa as an owl overhead). If you don't get it then, you'll have another opportunity later in the game, but getting it earlier allows you to make the Oathbreaker armor sooner.

Second time in the mist, in the middle of the Chapter.
Iorveth Path: You get to fight them as you cross the mist.
Roche Path: A drop from a Bullvore in the cave tunnels when you go to meet Zoltan.
