I need Hydragenum to make 2 oils, sadly the herbalists don't seem to sell it.

Anyone know where I might get it?

I've heard the druid near the druid's hill will have it for sale once you completed his quest

Almost all upgraded recipes need special ingredient which needs White Gull.
