Where can I get the papercrafts?

Hey..
I just bought The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition (collectors edition, with the book, witcher chain and all the good stuff) for xbox 360..
Awesome game BTW.
My question is; where can download the papercrafts, they are so cool, the book refers to http://thewitcher.com/papercrafts.zip
But the link doesn't work..
I realise that there are some this forum, but I can't find Geralt (
I've seen the one on cubeecraft.com, but that one is boring compared to the in the book..

Anyone know where to get them all..?

You can pass by GOG.com. When you activate your game you have access yo yhe papercrafts.

But im an xbox guy, and I don't see a way I can activate it... Am I totally off, or..?
And it seems a bit expensive to buy the papercrafts for $42.49.. ;-)
