Shani shouldn't really have even been a romance option in the first. She should have just been a random fling like the Druid in the Swamps or the Lady of the Lake, because that's all she was to Geralt in the books. But since CDProjekt RED disregarded that and made her a romance in The Witcher I... Then Yes, she should have been in The Witcher II, though how they would have fit her in the game in a way that was both Lore-Friendly and made sense... I have no idea... She's a Medic and Geralt is a mutant created for swordsmanship, I have no idea how CDProjekt would have done that other than the obvious 'Shani treats his wounds when he's hurt...' path, which, let's be honest, would be kind of boring and repetitive as it doesn't leave much room to expand on the relationship.
