Where is my crafted item gone?

I'm only in my first few hours of playing and still in White Orchard. Bought all components to craft a new piece of armour. Asked the dwarf smith to craft the item. Wasn't quite paying attention but must have selected to craft as all the components have been removed.

But ... no new item. Can't find it anywhere. I'm not sure if this if this is a technical problem (which is why I haven't posted in that section) or I am just being thick and have to do something else in order to actually get the crafted item.

Can anyone help?

you probable have it on you. since one of the craftingmaterials is the Chest armour you start with. Therefore it is removed and the new carfted item is put on you.
