Get to the end of the credits and do not get prompt to do over. So I am loosing access card to get Ba Xing Chong. This is the first run on second character. Will I not get the prompt on my second character?
"Maybe" you deleted or overwritten the save named "Point Of No Return" created just before entering in the elevator, which is used when you click on "One More GIG" after the end credits.
So if you don't have this save, no
The only way would be to load a save created before starting the ending and going through the ending again (and be sure to keep the save Point Of No Return until the end credits).
I did do that, but I still have the save right before Point Of No Return. I will re run, thank you very much. See what happens
