where is the original gwent gameplay?

hi all,
i came back to play gwent after many months and iam shocked.
the original gameplay is not existing anymore? i mean - melee cards, ranged and mashine cards
will it come back?

The game has gone through a LOT of changes -- and there's a huge overhaul coming next month (according to current info):

The original gameplay won't be coming back, or at least such a possibility has never been hinted at by REDs.
